An AI companion for real-estate open houses. An agent prepares a listing; a visitor opens the page on their phone and asks the home anything, by voice or text. Answers come only from published, human-reviewed material — anything outside that gets an honest "ask the agent" rather than a guess.

A real-time multilingual voice assistant for customer service, built end to end on my own: speech to text, a locally GPU-hosted language model, then speech synthesis, streamed over WebRTC. Callers can interrupt mid-sentence and the conversation keeps up.

A multimodal chat application for a fully offline model running on my own machine — text, images and voice, streamed live. The browser never talks to the model directly; a server proxy owns the resource decisions the client shouldn't be trusted with.
